You’re beautiful and smart. But once in your life, you’ve become the person called TANGA – stupid or foolish just like Tere Madlansacay in the movie English Only, Please.

“English Only, Please”, a Dan Villegas film starring Jennylyn Mercado (Tere) and Derek Ramsay (Julian), is a story of two fools for love. This is the movie people who have been tanga or still tatanga-tanga can relate to. So, Tanga 1, Tanga 2 and all tangas out there, let me share a few quotes from the said movie. And yes, you may have already heard these lines or even said them to yourself. Continue reading

5 Reasons Why We Want a Tadhana Nationwide Release

1. WE HAVEN’T WATCHED IT.
As much as we want to see the film when it was screened during this year’s Cinema One Originals, we were not able to do so. Some were digesting cases and taking their final exams. Others were out of town. And tickets were sold out immediately.

2. WE WANT TO KNOW “WHERE DO BROKEN HEARTS GO?”. We’re trying to find but we (even Tita Whitney and One Direction) just don’t know. Perhaps in this film, the answer will be revealed.

3. WE WANT TO FEEL THOSE “HUGOT” LINES.  The quotable quotes from this film are “dart sa heart”, “stress sa chest” and “arrow sa marrow”. What better way to feel them than to hear these lines being delivered in the big screen?

4. WE’RE PROUD “TANGA” SA PAGIBIG AND THIS IS OUR  STORY. Every heart that has been broken needs to see this film. Dear Star Cinema, do you see how much we need its nationwide release right now?

5. LOVE IS LOVELIER THE SECOND TIME AROUND. And yes, those who have already watched the film are very much willing to witness once more the story of Anthony and Mace.

So,

NATIONWIDE RELEASE of
That Thing Called Tadhana soon!

Time to Wreck, Not to Break

Forget about Bella, Edward, or even Jacob. It’s time for Ralph (Ralph, the wrecker daw sabi ng kapatid ko)!

Breaking Dawn Part 2 has already invaded the movie theaters but we were lucky that we were able to purchase tickets for the 2:40 pm screening of Wreck It Ralph at Trinoma. And I must say, it was a good choice.

If you still haven’t watched it, search for showtimes now and tickets in a movie theater near you.

By the way, here’s my favorite track from the movie. It’s “When Can I See You Again?” by Owl City.

When can we do this again?
When can I see you again?
When can we do this again?
When can I see you again?
When can we do this again?
When can I see you again?

We’ve drawn the sky and the stars glow for you
Go see the world cause it’s all so brand new
Don’t close your eyes cause your future’s ready to shine
It’s just a matter of time before we learn how to fly
Welcome to the rhythm of the night
There’s something in the air we can’t deny

It’s been fun but now I’ve got ot go
Life it way too short to take it slow
But before I go and hit the road
I gotta know, ’til then, when can we do this again?

Oh oh oh oh
When can I see you again?
Oh oh oh oh
When can we do this again?
Oh oh oh oh
I gotta know, when can i see you again?
Oh oh oh oh
(When can i see you again?)

Joined at the hip, yeah your sidekick needs you
Life is a trip down the road that leads you
Look all around at the mountains you haven’t climbed
It’s just a matter of time before we learn how to fly
Welcome to the rhythm of the night
There’s something in the air you can’t deny

It’s been fun but now I’ve got ot go
Life it way too short to take it slow
But before I go and hit the road
I gotta know, ’til then, when can we do this again?

Oh oh oh oh
When can I see you again?
Oh oh oh oh
When can we do this again?
Oh oh oh oh
I gotta know, when can i see you again?

Don’t close your eyes ’cause you futures’s ready to shine
It’s just a matter of time before we learn how to fly
Welcome to the rhythm of the night
There’s something in the air you can’t deny
So let me know before I wave goodbye

When can I see you again?
Oh oh oh oh
When can we do this again?
Oh oh oh oh
When can I see you again?
Oh oh oh oh
When can we do this again?
Oh oh oh oh

It’s been fun but now I’ve got to go
Life it way too short to take it slow
But before I go and hit the road
Tell me when
When can I see you again?
When can I see you again?
When can I see you again?

So, when will you see Ralph? I hope, it’s soon. 🙂
